Join our rally on Tuesday March 21, 11 am-1 pm challenging the Big Banks to stop bankrolling the oil companies. Our rally is part of a National Day of Action and will be held in Walnut Creek on the corner of Mt. Diablo Blvd. and N. Main St. We’ll have MUSIC, SONGS, DANCING, SPEAKERS AND SIGNS. Over the last few years Chase, Citi, Wells Fargo and Bank of America have given over a trillion dollars to the oil companies. Our purpose and Third Act’s National Day of Action’s purpose is to confront these 4 big banks.
Join our day of action by taking the Banking on Our Future Pledge whether you are a current customer or pledge not to be one in the future. We’ll be in touch and hope to meet you at our rally. We’ll be letting the banks know we are withdrawing our funds, and committing to no further investments, until they commit to no fossil fuel funding.
