Social Media: Jan to Apr 2025 - Help us creating posts and managing social media

Workshops: Apr 2025 - You are excited to share your knowledge with the community

Sponsor Outreach: Jan to Mar 2025 - Help us fundraising

Setup Booths: Celebration Day - 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM - Help tablers and partners set up their booths before the event starts.

Taking Pictures: Celebration Day - 11 AM to 4 PM - Capture photos and record short videos of the event for use on social media.

Clean-up: Celebration Day - 4 PM to 6 PM - Ensure the park is clean after the event concludes.

Bike Valet: Celebration Day - 10 AM to 4 PM - Manage free bike parking for attendees, organizing bike entries and exits.

Other - We welcome other ideas on how you can contribute to making this event exceptional.
