Sustainability Week – Environmental Restoration in the Walnut Creek Watershed: Recent Community Efforts

Tuesday, October 25 – Join us on Zoom from 7-8:30 PM – Register Here

Learn about some of the ways in which local community members are working to restore waterways and wildlife habitat throughout the Walnut Creek Watershed. Several community-led organizations and volunteer groups have made significant progress in environmental restoration in this area over the past few years. We’ll explore some of these efforts, some Countywide efforts, and ways you can get involved. This program is presented by Lisa Damerel, Watershed Conservation Manager, Contra Costa Resource Conservation District and moderated by Nadine Hammer.
